1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CitinetHost website, hosting services, domain services, client portal, or any other service provided by CitinetHost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Our Services
CitinetHost provides web hosting and related internet services, including shared hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration and domain transfer services.
The features, specifications, availability and pricing of individual services may vary depending on the plan selected.
We may introduce, modify or discontinue features of our services when reasonably necessary to maintain, improve or operate our infrastructure.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account with CitinetHost.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity conducted through your account.

Important: Never share your hosting, billing or control panel passwords with unauthorized individuals.
4. Payments & Billing
Services must be paid for according to the billing cycle and price displayed at the time of purchase or renewal.
Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
Prices may change from time to time. Where applicable, changes to recurring service prices will be communicated before the affected renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
CitinetHost services must be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with our infrastructure, other customers, or the normal operation of our network.
You may not use our services to host, distribute, transmit or facilitate content or activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Phishing or credential theft.
- Malware distribution.
- Unauthorized access to computer systems.
- Activities designed to attack or disrupt networks.
- Hosting content that violates applicable law.

6. Resource Usage
Hosting plans operate within the resource allocations associated with the selected plan.
Customers should use hosting resources responsibly and in accordance with the specifications of their hosting package.
Where an account consistently consumes resources in a manner that negatively affects server stability or other customers, CitinetHost may contact the customer and recommend an appropriate solution, including optimization or upgrading to a plan with additional resources.
7. Email Usage
Email services provided with hosting accounts are intended for legitimate business and personal communication.
Customers must not use CitinetHost infrastructure for spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malicious campaigns or other abusive email activity.
Email sending limits may apply to individual hosting accounts in order to protect the reputation and deliverability of the shared mail infrastructure.
8. Domain Services
Domain registrations and transfers are subject to the policies and requirements of the applicable domain registry and registrar.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining access to the email address associated with their domain.
Domain fees are separate from hosting fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
9. Backups
While CitinetHost may maintain infrastructure backups or other recovery mechanisms, customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of important website files, databases, emails and other data.
Backups may be affected by technical failures, corruption, configuration issues, retention policies or circumstances beyond our control.
Recommendation: Always maintain an independent copy of important business and website data.

- Actions that place our infrastructure or other customers at risk.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before taking action. However, immediate suspension may be necessary where there is an urgent security, legal or operational concern.
11. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service, billing cycle and applicable refund policy presented at the time of purchase.
Certain services or fees may be non-refundable, including services that have already been provisioned, domain-related fees, or other third-party charges where applicable.
Customers should contact CitinetHost support if they believe they are eligible for a refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
